When it comes to the customer experience – manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer leaves with a great, customized experience for their hair and beauty needs. Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage the budget, control expenses, grow sales, and oversee inventory. Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety, security rules, and company policies. Ensure the store presents its best appearance and is well-maintained. Qualifications
At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience. Experience in operational, financial and performance management. Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required. Self-starter with a drive to learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success. Must be 18 years of age or older.
