This position oversees all aspects of operating a successful Casey's store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation. What You'll Do As a Store Manager

Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.

Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.

Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way; coach and mentor your team to help them succeed and grow.

Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).

Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and peak times; keep scheduling up to date and communicate updates.

Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.

Oversee daily bookwork, store walks, task lists, audits, merchandise orders; manage inventory and Direct Store Deliveries (DSD); ensure asset protection processes and audits are completed.

Partner with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L.

Attend and complete all trainings and assessments, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable, ensuring team members complete required trainings.

Compensation Starting pay range: $54,600 - $64,200. Actual pay may vary based on KSAs, experience, education, and qualifications. This position is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance. The full salary range may extend beyond the listed hiring range to accommodate growth within the company.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including at least one evening shift per week, every other weekend, and some holidays to maintain leadership presence

Physical ability to stand/walk, lift 10-50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions
