Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store. Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and the community. Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members; coach and mentor your team to help them succeed and grow. Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service). Manage labor budget and staffing needs for regular hours, events, and high-traffic times; keep scheduling up to date and communicated. Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability. Oversee and ensure completion of daily bookwork, store walk, task lists, counts, audits, merchandise orders; manage inventory and Direct Store Deliveries (DSD); ensure asset protection processes and audits are completed. Collaborate with the District Manager and store leadership to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L. Attend and complete all trainings and assessments, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable, ensuring team members complete required trainings. Compensation
Starting pay range: $54,600 - $64,200. Actual pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and qualifications. This position is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance. The full salary range for this role extends beyond the hiring range to support growth within the company. What We're Looking For
