Our EPM team helps apply cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients. You will help our clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support. Our Advisory Seniors specialize in guiding clients through complex systems of forecasting, planning, budgeting and the integration with analytical and reporting solutions. You will provide clients with a unique business perspective on how these processes can transform and improve their entire organization. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions. You will translate business requirements into an effective solution architecture and guide technical decisions to align with business outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities

Spend time managing client engagement teams, delivering professional services, and leading business development on strategic and global priority accounts. Oversee the effective management and delivery of technology solutions, ensuring quality and risk management. Engage in continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions. Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes. Establish procedures affecting your immediate work area and possibly the broader function. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Skills And Attributes For Success

Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels; consistently deliver quality client services; drive high-quality work products on time and within budget. Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes. Manage client service delivery expectations. Stay up to date with current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business. Effectively manage and motivate diverse client engagement teams; provide constructive coaching to team members. Foster an innovative and inclusive team environment; mentor junior consultants. Cultivate and manage business development opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Assist in the strategy and implementation of EPM tools, processes, and transformational solutions. Application and Tool Analysis; Cloud Computing Architecture; Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture; Complex problem-solving; Building and managing relationships; Communicating with impact. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree). Typically, 4–6 years of relevant experience. Minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting. Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Tagetik). Strong working knowledge and perspective on evolving EPM concepts and practices. Proven ability to understand business challenges and translate them into value-add solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to brainstorm and use data for complex analysis. Background options include: Financial Analyst/FP&A; EPM Systems Admin; Long-range/capital planning; Implementation consultant. Strong analytical and communication skills; willingness to travel to meet client needs. Preferred

Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT (preferred). What We Look For
