Cost Manager! What a day at EXP has in store for you

Manage estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project cashflows, commitments, and financial performance. Review contractor/vendor estimates, invoices, and change orders. Support procurement and contract management processes. Prepare and deliver accurate cost reports and analysis for project leadership. Partner with project schedulers and managers to align cost and schedule performance. The Skills, Knowledge And Abilities We Seek

Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in cost management, project controls, or construction management Strong background in Life Science, Healthcare, or large-scale commercial projects preferred Skilled in estimating, cost reporting, and change management Proficiency in Excel and cost management platforms (Procore, Aconex, etc. a plus) Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Pay

The pay range for this role is $110,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. About Us
