Processing Team Lead - 2nd Shift: Starting Wage $32.40/hr. 2nd shift - 1pm to 9pm. Under the direction of the Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager, the Processing Team Lead is responsible for owning results for clean inspect and lube, centerline management system, 5S system, integrity of process data, and the Oscar scrap elimination system. The role supports annual planning, weekly PDCA meetings, and Daily Level 2 meetings. Duties/Responsibilities

Facilitates line loss analysis (waste elimination and yield improvement) and line efficiency improvement plans. Leads transformation analysis, centerline definition, and associated standard development. Analyzes daily and shift line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities. Spends time on the floor to gather information on stops, centerlines and changeovers over the past 24 hours. Investigates initial root cause of top stops. Participates in the development of the Plan to Win the Day and attends Level 2 meetings. Works with Process Owner and Maintenance Lead to address sporadic losses. Leads Universal Problem Solving to eliminate chronic losses for the line. Manages centerline and Quality Daily Management Systems. Ensures compliance with GMP, housekeeping responsibilities, and QRMP operating procedures. Participates in internal audit programs, food safety committee, and sanitary design team. Assists in the implementation of the QRMP program and acts as trainer of new associates. Adjusts schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required. Demonstrates expertise in CIL and basic problem solving (5W-1H). Willingness to become Centerline Management System qualified and Green Belt qualified. Understands manufacturing processes and optimizes interactions between processing functions. Facilitates use of reliefs during breaks and acts as relief when needed. Enters work notifications and follows up appropriately. Communicates with fellow employees regarding all aspects of the cream cheese process. Acts as a backup for Processing Team Leads when needed. Other duties as assigned. Other Requirements

Capable of learning intermediate Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ZPI skills. Strong planning/organizational and communication skills. Ability to mentor others on management processes (including CIL and 5S). Ability to understand and write WINs, SOPs and OPLs; lead RCFA events. Excellent knowledge of cream cheese technology and manufacturing processes. Leadership proficiencies: Drive for Results, Functional/Technical Expertise, Communication, Problem Solving, Taking initiative, Inspiring others, Customer Service. Must perform duties efficiently and safely; ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization; self-starter with minimal direction; experience influencing others. Adherence to Kraft Heinz policies and internal procedures. Minimum 2 years in manufacturing environment, preferably in cheese/dairy. Additional Education/Certification/Skills
