Primary Duties
– 30% Brand: Provides supervision and supports direction planning of associates daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximize sales/KPIs and drive customer loyalty. Ensures brand standards (merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, dress code, etc.) are met. Acts as main contact to resolve customer issues; analyzes store trends and anticipates customer demands. 30% People: Engages, trains and develops teams; recruits to build a strong candidate network; counsels when needed; upholds company policies; maintains positive associate relations and informs associates of relevant information. Builds relationships with Store Manager peers; communicates with AM/DM; fosters diversity, inclusion and belonging. 30% Operations: Ensures execution of company processes through training, management, analysis and continuous improvement; supports digital strategies including Omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS). 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintains a safe store environment; protects company assets; manages inventory and cash controls related to shrink, damages, and banking. Uses available reporting and tools; ensures HAZMAT training compliance. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives Effective communication with team and management Scheduling availability to meet business needs Cosmetology license desirable, but not required Competencies
