Principal Project Manager – Water/Wastewater

Jacobs is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality projects in the water and wastewater field. The successful candidate will provide leadership and technical expertise in project execution, work directly with engineering and construction leaders, and deliver innovative solutions in wastewater management. The role offers a unique opportunity to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, company management, project engineers, and industry-leading Design Builders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering, be a Licensed Professional Engineer or able to obtain within 12 months, and have at least 15 years of engineering design and management experience in municipal wastewater projects. Key responsibilities will include developing execution plans for projects, negotiating and managing sub-agreements, tracking and reporting on project performance, and providing technical guidance for deliverables. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated experience managing technical, contractual, and financial risks associated with large and complex wastewater projects. Provide leadership and technical expertise in project execution. Work directly with engineering and construction leaders across the organization. Deliver innovative solutions in wastewater management. Interact with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, company management, project engineers, and industry-leading Design Builders.
