This role offers a unique opportunity to: Provide leadership and technical expertise in project execution. Work directly with engineering and construction leaders across the organization. Deliver innovative solutions in wastewater management. Interact with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, company management, project engineers, and industry-leading Design Builders. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your expertise to drive project success and contribute to our reputation for excellence in collaborative delivery methods. You'll lead the delivery of high-quality projects that exceed client expectations while ensuring profitability and championing our safety culture. You’ll develop execution plans for projects, including scope, fee, schedule, quality, health and safety, risk management, and change management plans; negotiate and manage sub-agreements, track, control and report on project performance, ensure timely invoicing and cash collection, while also providing technical guidance for deliverables and developing, mentoring and empowering the project team. With your unflinching focus on our clients’ satisfaction, you’ll maintain regular and effective communication with clients. You’ll actively support the Business Development Manager and Client Service Managers in developing and expanding opportunities with existing and new clients. To be successful in this role, you'll need: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 12 months. At least 15 years of engineering design and management of municipal wastewater projects. Demonstrated experience managing the technical, contractual and financial risks associated with large/complex wastewater projects. Significant PM experience in multi-disciplinary projects and/or portfolio management or multi-project management. Proven experience in preliminary design, detailed design and contract administration /construction management on wastewater projects. Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively manage diverse teams. Adept in driving compliance with the contract agreement as well as exercise rigid cost control to implement the approved design within established budget restraints. Advanced understanding of water and wastewater treatment engineering concepts and ability to communicate ideas to others. Jacobs offers a competitive salary range of $170,000.00 to $230,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discount.
