Responsibilities

Lead product development for TikTok search campaign, continuously improve ad solutions to provide better customer satisfaction Analyze and diagnose business problems, opportunities and risks, and then define strategy and roadmap. Define key metrics to evaluate business outcomes and progress Work globally and cross-functionally with engineers, data analysts, product marketing managers and other cross-functional partners for successful development and go-to-market efforts Constantly evolve processes and resources to improve the delivery speed and quality Be responsible for the ultimate business goal Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience 3+ years experience in advertising or search or recommendation in a product management function, or 5+ years of relevant technical experience (i.e. Engineering, Data Science, or other) Deep understanding of and experience in digital advertising Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in advertising, search, or recommendation Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English-speaking regions as well as Chinese-speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets. About TikTok

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $141,588 - $234,080 annually, with variation based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with tenure-based accruals).
