Overview
The Search Ads team sits within the Global Monetization Product and Technology (GMPT) organization servicing TikTok For Business. We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to solve brand new problems and find innovative product solutions for TikTok Search Ads. TikTok search is growing rapidly and becoming more attractive to users by providing interesting, useful and relevant video search results. These solutions aim to improve search monetization efficiency. Responsibilities
Lead product development for TikTok search campaigns, continuously improve ad solutions to provide better customer satisfaction. Analyze and diagnose business problems, opportunities and risks, then define strategy and roadmap. Define key metrics to evaluate business outcomes and progress. Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with engineers, data analysts, product marketing managers and other partners for successful development and go-to-market efforts. Continuously evolve processes and resources to improve delivery speed and quality. Be responsible for achieving the ultimate business goal. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years experience in advertising or search or recommendation in a product management function, or 5+ years of relevant technical experience (i.e. Engineering, Data Science, or other). Deep understanding of and experience in digital advertising. Fast learner with good judgment and original thinking. Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly in a cross-functional and global role. Preferred Qualifications Experience in advertising, search, or recommendation. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required; the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English-speaking regions as well as Chinese-speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for engaging with Chinese-speaking partners, understanding cultural nuances, and navigating business transactions in key markets. About TikTok
