Technical Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading large-scale, complex E-commerce software development projects across multiple disciplines. The role blends program/project management, team leadership, delivery execution, and strong business and financial acumen. This position will oversee multiple medium-to-large scale digital projects (web/mobile) or enterprise programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery in close partnership with Product, Technology, and Design. 7–10 years of program/project management experience, ideally in eCommerce, marketing, or merchandising Direct management of single project budgets $5M–$10M and program budgets $11M+ 4+ years leading large, multidisciplinary digital teams 2–5 years of Agile delivery experience 1–2 years of mobile app (iOS/Android) delivery 3+ years client management experience in a global organization Proven success delivering full lifecycle software projects (business dev to production) Experience working with multiple Product Managers and cross-functional teams Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills Lead cross-functional project teams through full delivery lifecycle Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation Coordinate across Product, Design, Tech, and vendors Deliver regular status updates and maintain stakeholder alignment Monitor schedule adherence and escalate risks/issues as needed Track metrics to drive performance and continuous improvement Ensure formal project closure, including retrospectives and knowledge transition Seniority level
