What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and enhance financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes for the Corporate FP&A team
Consolidate and review financial data to deliver accurate, detailed, and timely financial reporting
Present results and forecasts to senior leadership, including variance analysis based on bottom-up inputs
Collaborate across functions including R&D, Taxes, Treasury, G&A, and Accounting to ensure effective reporting
Lead standardization and simplification initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry
Significant experience in Corporate FP&A is preferred
Advanced proficiency in TM1, Excel, PowerPoint, and Think Cell
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) necessary for interactions with senior management
Ability to engage with strategic initiatives while maintaining a hands-on approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a dynamic, non-structured environment
Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a results-oriented mindset
Familiarity with FP&A planning systems, particularly TM1
