The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. You’ll receive onboarding support, a deployment plan to ensure AAA protocol compliance, and a mix of in-person and virtual training. Resources help you grow, including assistance with staffing, financials, and updating your business plan, plus access to a network of experienced EAs and other business experts. Agency Owner Overview
This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven individuals interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring relevant business experience and a sufficient level of capital to deliver the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, AAA memberships, and other products to a defined client base. Qualifications
Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing, preferred but not required; if not held, you must be willing to obtain at candidate's expense Review and completion of the Business Plan/Cash Flow analysis (AAA provides assistance throughout this process) Learning & Development requirements: 4 weeks of virtual training/live instructor class AAA branded office – must be approved office space 75K investable capital – proof of funds available for investment into your own business (seasoned for 60 days) Must pass background check (criminal history and credit/financial check) Products include
AAA Membership – Programs for autos, bicycles, RVs and motorcycles; access to roadside assistance and member savings Property & Casualty Insurance – Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles and Commercial Lines Life Insurance – Term, Universal Life, Whole Life and Annuities Employment type
