Vice President of Operations

to lead and optimize our Operations. As VP of Operations, you will oversee supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and compliance functions across a distributed network of teams and partners. You’ll ensure operational excellence while adapting traditional aerospace rigor to a decentralized, tech-forward organization. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute the company’s operational strategy aligned with its decentralized model, growth objectives, and technical roadmap. Distributed Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations across US teams, facilities, and suppliers—including manufacturing partners Supply Chain & Logistics:

Build and scale an agile, resilient, and traceable aerospace-grade supply chain with digital-first tools and decentralized procurement practices. Quality & Compliance:

Ensure all systems, components, and processes meet stringent aerospace regulatory and customer requirements (FAA, DoD, ESA, etc.) in a distributed context. Cross-functional Execution:

Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure seamless program delivery, from concept to launch. Operational Efficiency & Innovation:

Champion lean principles, automation, and continuous improvement across the organization, while adapting traditional operations practices to a 60M dollar operating unit. Leadership:

Lead and scale a high-performing, globally distributed operations team with a strong emphasis on autonomy, accountability, and innovation. Qualifications

Required: 10+ years of senior leadership in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing operations. Proven experience managing complex supply chains and operations—preferably in a custom made to order operation Deep understanding of aerospace compliance standards, certifications, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., AS9100, ITAR, ISO, FAA, etc.). Strong data literacy and familiarity with digital tools used in modern operations (e.g., ERP, MES, PLM,). Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational change skills. Preferred: Engineering or technical background; MBA or advanced operations degree is a plus. Willing to relocate for future promotions to other US locations. Why Join Us
