Performance Administrator/Talent Manager
Base pay range: $105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

JOB SUMMARY: The Performance Administrator is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the organization's performance management system. This role ensures the system operates effectively, provides user support, and leverages performance data to drive continuous improvement across the organization. Responsibilities include setting up and managing performance evaluations and related reporting, supporting goal creation and tracking, and assisting with cascading goals and aligning objectives across a matrixed organization to maintain strategic consistency and visibility. The Performance Administrator also provides guidance and troubleshooting for system users, analyzes performance trends to inform leadership decisions, and cross-trains to serve as a backup for the Learning Management System Administrator to ensure continuity of operations and support.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the performance management system including customization of system features.
Support goal creation and reporting, with the ability to assist in cascading goals, shared goals, and aligning objectives across a matrixed organization to ensure strategic consistency and visibility.
Develop and implement techniques to improve performance management processes and procedures. Create/maintain documentation of said process and procedures.
Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines, departments, and levels within the organization.
Create, prepare, and distribute standard performance management and goal status reports in addition to managing ad-hoc report requests.
Design, develop, and maintain performance management and goal status dashboards to provide real-time insights and analytics to HR and management teams.
Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand data visualizations to represent performance metrics and trends.
Cross-train and act as back-up for Learning Management System Administrator to provide administrative support, system maintenance, user management and troubleshooting as needed.
Provide training and support to HR staff and other users on performance management and goal functionalities, updates, and dashboards.
Stay current with system updates, feature releases, and platform enhancements to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational needs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate changes and support adoption.
Maintain confidentiality of all data and comply with regulations and company policy on data release/reporting.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
Maintain compliance with SOX procedures, Hi-Trust, and other company mandated programs.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of progressive experience in performance management support.
Experience with Oracle HCM is preferred.
Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF, Chart Creation.
Strong attention to detail and customer-service oriented, with excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-resolution skills.
Proficiency with MS Office; ability to perform arithmetic, manage deadlines, and translate complex instructions into logical steps.
Ability to multitask, work independently or in a team, maintain confidentiality, and interact with internal and external contacts.
