Job Description About Piso Project: Piso Project is a flooring and stone contractor specializing in luxury construction and custom design projects. Our work includes: flooring, custom tile, facades, material sourcing, stone slabs & countertop fabrication. We work with an array of clients ranging from high end residential builds to large scale commercial projects like Art Basel and Design Miami. We are seeking a motivated Estimator / Project Manager who can manage projects from bid to completion with accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities - Estimating

: Review architectural plans, specifications and scope of work Perform material takeoffs and measurements Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and proposals Sourcing and pricing materials Project Management: Conduct site visits and oversee active projects Develop and manage project schedules Track project progress and deadlines Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors Requirements Proven construction experience Ability to read architectural plans Self-starter with the ability to work independently Strong organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to manage multiple projects at once Bilingual: English and Spanish (required) Must have reliable transportation Compensation Salary negotiable based on experience Opportunity for growth, advancement and bonus structure
