Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager
to join their Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong educational foundation and early professional experience to grow in a respected GC with a healthy project pipeline. Base pay range:

The Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager will support project leadership in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Based primarily in the Miami office, this role will also involve site visits to ensure effective communication between office and field operations. The ideal candidate has a solid educational background in construction, engineering, or a related field, with the drive to develop in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing project documentation, contracts, and schedules. Support the Project Manager in coordinating with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients. Conduct project reporting, budget tracking, and quality control reviews. Perform site visits as required to monitor progress and maintain communication between field and office teams. Utilize
Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel
for project documentation and reporting. Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and local building regulations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (required). 1–4 years of relevant experience in construction project support or management. Familiarity with commercial projects preferred. Experience with
Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel
(or ability to learn quickly). Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the company. Bilingual in Spanish and English a strong plus. Why This Role
