This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. The LinkedIn Strategist (Internal Title: Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising) works directly with mid-market and enterprise clients and runs point on communicating results, creating custom strategies, and executing Paid Media deliverables. This is an opportunity to gain experience creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses and to be part of a fast-growing specialty agency that values bold ideas and a growth mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts Serve as direct support to client contacts Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements Build strategies for clients each quarter Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns Understand client positioning and unique value propositions Ensure accurate lead routing within a CRM Manage personal productivity and utilization Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals through client relationships Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn (ad copywriting, TAM development, targeting) to maximize ROI
What You Offer (Qualifications)
2+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads Understanding of LinkedIn ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more) Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.) Strong Paid media principles: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, campaign optimization Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or similar Ability to drive results and measure via OCT Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.; proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data Problem-solver with a competitive and curious mindset; keeps up with industry trends Organization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously Commitment to quality and maintaining integrity in advertising Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed

Benefits
