We’re looking for a Category Manager to lead sourcing efforts across multiple spend categories. This role focuses on developing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and delivering cost savings while ensuring compliance and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Category Strategy:
Develop category plans based on market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost goals. Define KPIs and long-term strategies. Sourcing & Supplier Management:
Lead RFPs/RFQs, evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage onboarding and performance. Procurement Operations:
Align procurement with business needs, support budgeting, and manage documentation and compliance. Financial Analysis:
Conduct spend analysis, track savings, and support reporting. Risk & Compliance:
Identify supplier risks and ensure regulatory and policy compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field 3–5 years of sourcing/procurement experience with category management exposure Strong skills in analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder communication Experience with SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or similar tools Knowledge of sourcing best practices and relevant markets We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
