Oliver James . Lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the Security Master File and associated security reference data, with a focus on asset setup and data validation for external vendors. Ensure comprehensive support for multiple investment strategies and asset classes, including syndicated bank loans, private credit, bonds, mortgage-backed securities (MBS), asset-backed securities (ABS), and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). Oversee the day-to-day delivery of data operations, ensuring all business requirements are met with timeliness, accuracy, and reliability. Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders including Front Office, Investor Relations, Data Governance, Finance, and Information Technology. Manage relationships with external data vendors to ensure consistent and high-quality data flow and service delivery. Develop and enhance operational workflows and controls to improve data quality, efficiency, and scalability. Lead root cause analysis of data quality issues and implement corrective measures aligned with business and technology teams. Collaborate with Information Technology to support the ongoing development and enhancement of the Security Master File infrastructure. Foster a culture of transparent and candid communication across teams, promoting accountability and proactive issue resolution. Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in middle office operations, data management, or investment operations, ideally within asset management or financial services.

Strong understanding of fixed income and credit markets, including structured products such as CLOs, ABS, and MBS.

Experience with Security Master File systems and security reference data management.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with both business and technical teams.

Proficiency in Excel; experience with data tools and workflow systems is a plus.
