What you’ll do
You’ll optimize procurement strategies and manage every stage of the contract lifecycle with vendors and sub-contractors. Your focus on negotiation, compliance, and continuous improvement helps AT&T achieve operational excellence. In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, contribute to high-value projects, and ensure our supply chain remains agile and efficient. You’ll be based in one of our key locations, working on-site five days per week.
Responsibilities
Lead negotiations for vendor and sub-contractor contracts, including contract modifications and compliance with organizational terms and conditions
Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness, using market research and supplier sourcing
Manage vendor and sub-contractor relationships, overseeing performance, licensing agreements, invoicing, and receivable issues
Identify supply chain risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies
Monitor procurement performance metrics, prepare strategic reports, and drive process improvements for supply chain effectiveness
What you’ll need Advanced knowledge of procurement practices and contract management
Demonstrated negotiation and vendor management skills
Ability to analyze market data and develop sourcing strategies
Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards
Skill in tracking and reporting procurement performance metrics
What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
3+ years of related procurement or contract management experience
Certification in procurement or a related field required in some areas
Experience leading projects or initiatives with strategic value and frequent senior leadership interaction
Compensation
• Salary Range: $85,700 – $128,500 USD annually in Atlanta, GA; Salary Range $96,000 – $144,000 USD in Bedminster, NJ and Dallas, TX • Actual salary within this range depends on location, experience, expertise, and education/training
