The Director Procurement, Sourcing & Supplier Relationships will be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract management, cost optimization, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing - identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to meet the organization's needs for goods, services, and equipment. Supplier Relationship Management - Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance. Contract Management – Overseeing the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts, ensuring they are legally sound and aligned with organizational goals. Cost optimization - Analyzing procurement data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses. Compliance – Ensuring that all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Risk Management – Identifying and assessing potential risks in the procurement process and developing strategies to mitigate them. Stakeholder collaboration – Working closely with other departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Performance monitoring - Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and contract compliance. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. At least 15 years of experience in supply chain activities (preferably in aerospace). Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 8 years of proven successful management experience. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management – Applied excellence of supply chain principles and best practices. Knowledge of global markets preferred. Strategic Thinking – Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals. Negotiation and Contract Skills – Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions with suppliers. Working knowledge of quality systems and specifically, AS9100 and A9120.
