Resource Innovations is seeking a
Retro-commissioning Project Coordinator
to join our team in Illinois. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator with a strong background in managing projects to join our dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator at Resource Innovations, you'll oversee project progress, support customers, and maintain relationships with service providers. Key duties include monitoring Retro-commissioning quality, ensuring schedules are met, and promoting engagement in utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs. Success requires technical expertise, program knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to motivate energy-saving actions in a dynamic environment.
Duties And Responsibilities
Manages Service Providers and RCx projects
Coordinates day-to-day aspects of projects including quality control of deliverables, client communications, maintains project schedules, and utilizes technical staff
Promptly and accurately addresses customer concerns to ensure problem resolution and promote long-term productive relationships
Understands the organization and decision-making process in order to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule and potential energy savings
Manages on-time delivery of technical reports
Commutes to off-site locations to facilitate meetings with stakeholders
Analyzes utility data to determine energy performance parameters and eligibility
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
A BA or BS degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management or a related field
1-2 years of project coordination experience (internships included) or similar within the energy efficiency industry
Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff
Ability to work in a cross functional team environment with extensive contact with clients and engineers
Ability to work autonomously and independent with little oversight
Excellent written/oral communication skills with the ability to present and analyze energy efficiency data to a multi-layered audience
Proficient in MS office suite
Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment
Preferred Skills, Education And Experience
Industrial Assessment Center experience is desired.
Working knowledge and field knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
Experience in financial analysis of various energy projects

Compensation & Benefits Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate\'s skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000, plus a discretionary annual bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, education and location. RI offers a comprehensive benefits package including three weeks of paid vacation per year; paid holidays; a 401(k) plan with employer matching; health, dental and vision insurance; and other supplemental benefits.
