Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for the Vice President of Development for ERCOT Utility-Scale Solar & Storage at EcoVolt USA. The role is located in Fairview, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Vice President will oversee planned and annual giving, manage budgets, and lead project management efforts. They will develop and implement philanthropic strategies to support eco-friendly initiatives and drive the success of solar and storage energy projects. Qualifications Planned Giving and Annual Giving skills Experience in Budgeting and Project Management Knowledge of Philanthropy and strategies to support eco-friendly initiatives Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Proven track record in renewable energy project development Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related field We’re looking for a

to lead all aspects of solar and storage project development across
ERCOT , from greenfield origination through interconnection, permitting, land control, and readiness for NTP or monetization. Key Responsibilities: Lead development of utility-scale solar and storage projects in ERCOT from LOI through NTP and COD Oversee land acquisition, title, interconnection (Oncor, CenterPoint, etc.), permitting, environmental studies, ROW and local stakeholder engagement Build and manage internal teams and external consultants across the full development lifecycle Coordinate closely with utilities, ERCOT, and regulatory agencies Maintain project budgets, schedules, and permitting timelines Collaborate with executive leadership on pipeline strategy, value optimization, and risk management Support M&A and financing efforts by preparing investor-ready data rooms and handoff packages Contribute to strategic market entry planning for
WECC and new ISO/RTO regions Qualifications: 8–12+ years of experience
in utility-scale solar or hybrid project development Strong track record in ERCOT
