U.S. Bank’s Digital Operations Strategic Initiatives team is seeking a Digital Execution Project Manager to help drive the execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. This role requires demonstrated project management expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively across Digital, Data & AI, and other business units to drive strategic priorities forward. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and translating strategic goals into actionable plans that deliver measurable results. The Digital Execution Project Manager will partner closely with the Digital Execution Lead to support the assigned Digital leadership team. Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance. Key Responsibilities: Support Cross-Functional Project Delivery:

Collaborate with the Strategic Execution Lead to coordinate and drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution of project milestones.

Facilitate Stakeholder Communication:

Assist in preparing executive-level reports, communications, and training materials; help manage stakeholder engagement and feedback.

Enable Data-Driven Decision Making:

Gather, analyze, and synthesize operational and analytics data to inform project decisions and optimize processes.

Monitor Risk & Compliance:

Work with the Strategic Execution Lead to identify, track, and mitigate risks and compliance issues in digital initiatives, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

Drive Operational Excellence:

Support process optimization efforts, help resolve conflicting requirements and priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities Preferred Skills/Experience: Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area Demonstrated management and leadership skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Advanced knowledge of project management Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data Excellent verbal and written communication skills PMP/CAPM certification Master's degree preferred The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
