Your days will be spent working with an awesome team of real estate professionals to provide the best possible property management west of the Mississippi. This role will oversee a portfolio of approximately 160 residential units located in the Newport Beach and Costa Mesa areas. You will be supported by an Assistant Property Manager, ensuring the workload remains well-balanced and allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. This position entails a lot of juggling, organization, and multitasking, so if that doesn’t sound fun, we get it—this isn’t for everyone. Responsibilities
Oversee contracting and supervision of repairs and maintenance work Conduct thorough property inspections, ensuring adherence to AllView's rigorous standards Manage resident and property related issues as they arise and document in specified property management system Serve as a liaison between tenants and maintenance coordinators to swiftly resolve escalated or emergency maintenance concerns Assist in managing a portfolio of residential properties in accordance with company objectives and metrics Perform various tasks as business needs arise Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc Obtain vendor bids for projects and coordinate repairs with vendors and tenants Respond to escalated and emergency maintenance issues in a timely, courteous manner Goals
Ensure timely completion of all lease renewals 45 days before expiration Complete 75% of unit turns within 10 days and list within 15 days Maintain Accounts Receivable for our region under 1% Skills
Ability to troubleshoot renters technical property-related issues (garbage disposal, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Proven track record of time management and multi-tasking ability. Requirements
Bachelors Degree (preferred) 1 year as a leasing consultant and/or property manager Open to candidates with relevant experience in the real estate industry Join our team at
