Overview
RETS has been retained by a long-standing commercial real estate investment firm, specializing in industrial, flex, and low-rise office properties, to recruit a Property Manager in Newport Beach. This role will oversee the management of a 660K SF industrial portfolio across Southern California, focusing on day-to-day operations, financial management, tenant relations, and budget oversight to maximize NOI and ensure tenant satisfaction. The Property Manager will collaborate with accounting, leasing, construction, and asset management teams to align property performance with ownership objectives. The ideal candidate can work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities
Oversee the management of a 660K SF industrial portfolio across Southern California. Manage day-to-day operations, financial management, tenant relations, and budget oversight. Focus on maximizing NOI and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Collaborate with accounting, leasing, construction, and asset management teams to align property performance with ownership objectives. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience of commercial property management; Industrial experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management software. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Strong financial acumen and attention to detail. Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Compensation
$110K Annually – Depending on experience Position Eligible for Discretionary Bonus Seniority level
