RETS has been retained by a long-standing commercial real estate investment firm, specializing in industrial, flex, and low-rise office properties, to recruit a Property Manager in Newport Beach. This role will oversee the management of a 660K SF industrial portfolio across Southern California. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, financial management, tenant relations, and budget oversight, with a focus on maximizing NOI and ensuring tenant satisfaction. The Property Manager will also collaborate with accounting, leasing, construction, and asset management teams to align property performance with ownership objectives. The ideal candidate can work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of a 660,000 SF industrial portfolio across Southern California. Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and NOI optimization. Maintain strong tenant relations and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction. Coordinate with accounting, leasing, construction, and asset management teams to align property performance with ownership objectives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience; industrial experience preferred Real Estate Salesperson License preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management software Strong organizational and time-management skills Strong financial acumen and attention to detail Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Compensation
$110K Annually – Depending on experience Position Eligible for Discretionary Bonus
