DIRECTOR- SYSTEM BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION
to join our team. The Director - Business Transformation plays a highly visible role in helping Aspirus effectively advance strategic initiatives, drive transformative improvement, and achieve sustainable success. The Director spreads the use of Lean/Six Sigma and project management methodologies and drives improvement, standardization, and optimization of processes. This role enhances organizational critical thinking, business acumen and nimbleness by building competencies through project management and process improvement to drive efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. Responsibilities
The Director- System Business Transformation will: Lead and influence strategic initiatives and transformation programs across the organization. Promote and implement Lean/Six Sigma and project management methodologies. Drive improvement, standardization, and optimization of processes to enhance efficiency, quality and effectiveness. Build organizational competencies in process improvement, analysis and problem solving. Coordinate complex projects involving senior leaders and stakeholders; present to and influence senior leadership. Develop talent and create high-performing teams; navigate ambiguity and drive teams to clarity in direction. Link improvement work to transformational value creation and develop project information for diverse audiences. Qualifications
Experience/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field. Master’s degree in business administration, Strategic Planning or related field preferred. Formal lean training and experience. PMP certification preferred. 7+ years of experience leading continuous improvement and project management teams. Demonstrated experience in building new functions/capabilities within an organization preferred. Experience linking improvement work to transformational value creation. Experience building organizational competency in process improvement, analysis and problem solving. Extensive experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership. Experience coordinating complex projects involving senior leaders and stakeholders. Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. High sense of urgency, attention to detail, planning and accountability; ability to navigate ambiguity. History of developing talent and creating high-performing teams. Proficiency in developing and presenting project information to a range of audiences. Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
