We are seeking a motivated
Supply Chain Analyst
to support supply continuity, resolve supplier issues, and help optimize internal processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams to ensure uninterrupted operations and cost-effective sourcing strategies. Key Responsibilities
Liaise with internal customers to ensure supply adherence and resolve supply issues or machine-down situations Report daily on machine-down incidents and coordinate with Engineers to define corrective actions Interface with suppliers to address and close supply chain gaps Monitor supplier performance, driving
on-time delivery ,
cost reductions , and
quality improvements Identify and champion cost reduction initiatives Ensure overall budget adherence Experience & Skills
Required Experience : Not specifically required, but relevant supply chain or analyst experience is a plus Nice-to-Have Experience : Background in vendor management or procurement analytics; Exposure to engineering or manufacturing environments Required Skills : Excellent communication and organizational skills; Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and general computer applications; Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills; High attention to detail and strong math skills; Ability to multitask effectively Preferred Skills : Familiarity with supply chain systems or ERP platforms; Data visualization or reporting tools experience Additional Skills : Self-starter with a proactive attitude; Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams Benefits
