Lead the regional deployment of Demo Trucks, VIPs at HQs, and assist in developing local and Area Customer reference sites for the complete Siemens Healthineers DX portfolio. Finance Liaison: Ensure deals are accurately prepared and educate the team on building and submitting proposals for approval. Act as the Area liaison for finance to ensure deals progress through the sales pipeline and manage the funnel across all product lines within the Area to meet or exceed goals. Sales Team Skill Development and Training: Oversee the success of new hires after sales training, including finding, developing, and assigning Sales Mentors. Address skill gaps as identified by the AVP and Head of Sales. Opportunity Monitoring: Oversee and drive opportunities through Shareville, collaborate with Sales Enablement to keep Area sales information accurate, improve local forecasts, and drive growth. Develop plans to up-skill the team where gaps exist. Qualifications

Proven success and experience in front-line sales diagnostics. Strong understanding of sales processes, territory forecasting, and creating/developing sales strategies, proposals, and presentations. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Experience in training and development, focusing on coaching and mentoring. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel nationally. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in developing account-level deal strategies (Miller Heiman) and organizing teams for execution. Strong relationship management skills and ability to collaborate effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment. Policies and Requirements

The annual base pay for this position is Min $116,000 – Max $174,000. The final starting pay depends on geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
