Responsibilities
Support high-stakes commercial litigation matters with a trial-focused approach.
Collaborate with senior lawyers on case strategy, research, writing, and advocacy.
Engage in national and international litigation efforts as part of a diverse team.
Contribute to preparing briefs, motions, and other trial documents; participate in hearings as appropriate.
Qualifications
JD from a top-tier law school; law review or moot court experience preferred.
1–5 years of litigation experience at Big Law, boutique firms, or clerkships (clerks especially encouraged).
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong analytical thinking, trial demeanor, and courtroom presence.
Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and client-service orientation.
Commitment to community, diversity, and pro bono advocacy.
