What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Full-cycle recruiting for Engineers across various levels, from proficient to senior to manager level

Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and design effective interview panels

Continuously build evergreen pipelines of candidates for current and future needs

Track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and meet hiring goals (~20 hires per quarter)

Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the employer's mission, culture, and opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven in-house recruiting experience in SaaS, particularly in R&D roles across all levels

Ability to manage 10–15 roles per quarter without sacrificing quality or speed

Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner with executives and hiring managers

Availability for occasional travel for meetings and company events (~1x per quarter)
