Full-cycle recruiting for engineering positions across various levels, from proficiency to senior and managerial roles Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and design effective interview panels Continuously build evergreen pipelines of candidates for current and future needs Track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and meet hiring goals (~20 hires per quarter) Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company's mission, culture, and opportunities Required qualifications
Proven in-house recruiting experience in SaaS, specifically for R&D roles Strong ability to manage 10–15 roles per quarter without sacrificing quality or speed Experience with Lever (or comparable ATS) and sourcing platforms Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective partnership with executives Availability for occasional travel for meetings and events (~1x per quarter) Preferred qualifications
