What to Expect

Full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles across various levels, including manager positions

Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and design effective interview panels

Build and maintain evergreen pipelines of candidates for current and future needs

Utilize tailored sourcing strategies and provide an outstanding candidate experience

Track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and meet hiring goals

What is Required

Proven in-house recruiting experience in SaaS, especially for R&D roles

Strong ability to manage 10–15 roles per quarter while maintaining quality

Proficiency with ATS systems like Lever and sourcing platforms

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration

Availability for occasional travel for meetings and company events

Experience in filling roles for niche technical skillsets within engineering

A data-driven mindset with the ability to report on recruiting metrics

Continuous improvement mindset, testing and refining recruiting strategies

Familiarity with AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows
