CDW is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as an Executive Recruitment Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive recruitment process. Work Location Type:
Hybrid (2 days per week in office - either Rosemont, Vernon Hills or Downtown Chicago) Job Summary: The Executive Recruitment Coordinator will manage key stages of the executive recruiting process including scheduling interviews, being onsite at all three Chicago offices to coordinate and handle onsite interviews, booking travel, keeping track of candidate collateral and more. What you will do
Coordinate all scheduling for executive level recruitment - candidate interviews, travel, debriefs, and other search-related meetings. Be onsite at all three Chicago offices (downtown Chicago, Rosemont, Vernon Hills) on occasion to coordinate and handle onsite interviews. Book travel arrangements for candidates. Act as a point-of-contact to ensure a seamless hiring process and create a great experience for candidates while onsite. Manage and document all executive search processes - interviews, debriefs, offer letters, pre-employment processing, and candidate assessment tracking. Identify and offer recommendations to enhance processes and create efficiencies. Manage reporting tools associated with recruitment, talent metrics, and internal talent processes. Partner with vendors and applicable internal teams to manage all function invoices and candidate expenses. What we expect of you
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition function,
OR 7 years total experience in a talent acquisition function. Exhibit strong executive presence including a professional and polished demeanor that commands respect and builds credibility with candidates and colleagues. Confidently and efficiently provide white glove service to higher level professionals throughout the recruiting process. Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with Executive Assistants to ensure seamless operations and mutual trust. Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work with confidential or sensitive information with discretion. Proven ability to manage invoice workflows, keep track of travel receipts and maintain accurate financial records. Experience utilizing an Application Tracking System (ATS) such as Workday. Project management abilities including documentation and prioritization, with a lens for ongoing process improvements. Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders at various levels, and influence where necessary to prioritize the hiring process. Experience analyzing data to determine success metrics and measure project impacts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to balance conflicting priorities based on quick turnaround requests versus longer-term strategic efforts. Strong accountability for achieving individual and team performance. Pay range : $33-50/hr depending on experience and skill set Seniority level
