Aon We're looking for an Associate Broker, Middle Market in Atlanta! Are you ready to take on a new challenge and work with the best Insurance Professionals in the business? Your impact as an Associate Broker will involve handling a high volume of accounts in support of Brokers and Senior Brokers as well as acting as Lead Broker on a book of business. This requires strength in insurance mechanics and coverage knowledge, but also strong organizational skills and an ability to handle numerous tasks at once. Responsibilities: Identifying and analyzing prospect and client exposures. Coordinating activities with other internal units to meet customer needs. Presenting to local account executives, participating in RFPs, client meetings, and conference calls. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive-level clients in broking, designing, selling, and servicing complex accounts. Planning, scheduling, resourcing, and executing large projects/programs. Frequently interacting with senior-level colleagues and clients, involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or clients and the company. Skills And Experience: Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, exceptional organizational skills, ability to make and communicate difficult decisions. Open to 0-3+ years of insurance brokerage and/or underwriting experience Effective working knowledge of carrier underwriting practices & processes. Proven leadership skills in working with teams and ability to work with clients and to successfully exceed client expectations. Proven client facing skills including effective presentations & communications. Proven organization and ability to work with others. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various levels. Successfully operates in a fast-paced driven environment that requires the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must maintain appropriate broker’s license.
