Our North America Employment & Compensation Practice Group provides clients with “one stop” domestic and international employment law counseling and litigation representation. We assist multinational companies with their international and domestic labor and employment issues, from expansion into or exit from new jurisdictions to deploying and managing a global workforce, to defending them in litigation in both state and federal court. Baker McKenzie seeks an associate attorney for its domestic Labor & Employment Litigation practice in California. The position will encompass a diverse range of employment matters including litigation of multijurisdictional class and collective cases and high stakes, complex disputes. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of employment litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills. Major top tier law firm experience in an employment litigation practice is preferred and a federal judicial clerkship is a plus. Must be admitted and a member in good standing of the California Bar to apply. Please include a cover letter, transcripts, writing sample, and resume with your application.
