Kirby Bates Associates has been exclusively retained by Aspirus Health to conduct a search for their next Director, System Clinical Quality and Risk Management based in Wausau, Wisconsin. Aspirus is seeking a Director of System Clinical Quality and Risk Management to lead system-wide quality, risk management, and patient safety functions. This senior leadership role collaborates with the Vice President System Quality & Nursing Integration (VP) and other business unit leaders to develop strategic direction and goals and to ensure these goals are achieved through best practices, change management, and continuous improvement in patient care. Key Responsibilities
Lead system-wide quality, patient safety, and risk management efforts across all Aspirus entities (hospitals, clinics, home health, and post-acute care). Collaborate with the Vice President to develop strategic quality and risk management goals across the health system. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies while maintaining a focus on patient and staff safety; prepare for accreditation readiness with mock surveys. Opportunity Highlights

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or clinical field preferred; Master’s Degree required. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, quality, and risk management with 3+ years in leadership. National certifications such as CPHQ or CPHRM are preferred. Seniority level
