We’re partnering with a high-growth, global organization headquartered in Uptown Dallas seeking a
Senior Tax Accountant
to join their corporate tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional with public accounting or corporate tax experience who wants to broaden their exposure to
domestic and international tax
while working in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. What You’ll Do:
Support federal and state tax compliance, including preparing and reviewing returns, quarterly estimates, and extensions Assist with international tax compliance and integrating global subsidiaries into consolidated tax filings Prepare workpapers for ASC 740 income tax provisions and related disclosures Reconcile tax accounts and research technical issues to ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations Partner cross-functionally to provide guidance on tax impacts of business initiatives Support federal, state, and international tax audits What We’re Looking For:
3+ years
of tax experience, ideally from a public accounting firm or multinational company Strong understanding of US federal tax with some exposure to state and international tax Experience with ASC 740 income tax provisions CPA designation highly preferred (or in progress) Seniority level
