Senior Property Accountant
to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional with a background in
commercial or multifamily real estate
to contribute to a growing organization that values accuracy, accountability, and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial or multifamily real estate properties Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Perform account reconciliations and variance analyses Assist with budgeting and forecasting for assigned properties Manage CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and tenant billings Collaborate closely with property managers and asset management teams Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies Participate in audit preparation and support Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (required) Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in commercial or multifamily real estate Strong understanding of property-level accounting, CAM reconciliations, and tenant lease structures Proficiency in accounting software (MRI, Yardi, or similar preferred) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment What’s in It for You
