Job Opportunity: ServiceNow ITOM Business Process Consultant Location: Maryland, Virginia, or Washington D.C. (Hybrid) Duration: Long-Term Contract Base pay range: $60.00/hr - $90.00/hr Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and create actionable business and technical strategies. Oversee CMDB transformation projects, ensuring alignment with CSDM standards and enhancing CI data quality. Collaborate with ITSM and ITAM teams to integrate ITOM capabilities and streamline processes. Automate workflows to reduce manual effort and improve operational visibility and efficiency. Develop ITOM KPIs and dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement. Requirements
Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM, with hands-on expertise in modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Proven success in CMDB transformation and ITOM data governance initiatives. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITOM Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable. Experience working in Agile environments and with cross-functional teams. Seniority level
