A leading law firm is seeking a
Finance Paralegal
to join its team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting attorneys in finance and banking matters, with particular focus on
commercial lending, secured transactions, and corporate finance . This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage complex deal documentation under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with preparation, review, and organization of finance-related legal documents, including loan agreements, credit agreements, security agreements, and ancillary documentation. Conduct due diligence, including lien and UCC searches, and prepare closing checklists and closing binders. Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and lenders to facilitate loan closings and corporate transactions. Draft and file UCC financing statements and amendments. Manage and maintain closing documentation, track key dates, and ensure proper document execution. Support attorneys with research on finance and corporate law issues. Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with internal protocols and client requirements. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required. 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in a finance, banking, or corporate law practice. Strong knowledge of
UCC filings, secured transactions, and corporate finance procedures . Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple matters under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing complex legal documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with attorneys, clients, and financial institutions. Why Join
