We're looking for a
PCB Layout Designer
experienced in
Altium Designer , with a strong background in
HDI
and
rigid-flex PCB designs . You’ll collaborate with hardware, RF, and mechanical engineers to develop complex boards that meet demanding performance and manufacturability standards. Key Responsibilities
Perform PCB layout using
Altium Designer
for digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal designs. Design
HDI and rigid-flex PCBs
with high-speed routing, controlled impedance, and memory interfaces (DDR, LPDDR). Apply
EMI/EMC mitigation , signal integrity best practices, and proper PCB stack-up strategies. Collaborate across engineering teams to optimize designs for
thermal, mechanical, and manufacturability
considerations. Implement
DFM/DFA
principles and coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors. Support
RF design , including antenna layouts and impedance-controlled traces. Generate full fabrication and assembly documentation:
Gerber/ODB++, fab drawings, notes, BOMs, and assembly files . Participate in
design reviews
and resolve layout-related issues efficiently. Qualifications
3–7+ years
of professional PCB layout experience. Expert-level proficiency
in Altium Designer. Strong experience with
HDI
and
rigid-flex
PCB layouts. Familiarity with high-speed digital interfaces:
PCIe, DDR, USB 3.x, Ethernet . Solid understanding of
EMI/EMC design , impedance control, and RF layout practices. Experience working closely with
PCB fabricators and assemblers
under DFM/DFA constraints. Knowledge of PCB
stack-up design , materials, and modern manufacturing processes. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Preferred (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience with
IPC standards
(e.g., IPC-2221/2223, IPC-6012). Familiarity with
ECAD-MCAD integration
or 3D PCB modeling tools. Experience designing to
