Base pay range: $310,000.00/yr - $390,000.00/yr What you'll do
Own substantial pieces of high-stakes cases with direct partner and client access. Brief and argue key motions, shape discovery, coordinate experts, and support injunction work. Collaborate across offices on fast-moving issues like DMCA safe harbors, secondary liability, fair use, and AI-driven questions. Engage in real courtroom opportunities and leverage top-tier resources, with a clear path to the next career step. Top requirements
4–6 years of copyright and/or internet litigation at an elite firm Exceptional writing/briefing on MTD, MSJ, and TRO/prelim-injunction papers; appellate exposure a plus Experience with DMCA, secondary liability, fair use, and platform/intermediary issues; AI-related matters a plus Comfort running workstreams, mentoring juniors, and coordinating experts/client teams Federal clerkship or appellate experience preferred Bar admission in CA, NY, or DC (or ability to waive in) About Whistler Partners
