Top Requirements
7+ years of copyright and/or internet litigation at an elite firm
Exceptional writing and briefing record on motions to dismiss/summary judgment, TROs/prelim injunctions, and appellate briefs
Experience with DMCA, secondary liability, fair use, and platform/intermediary issues; AI-related matters a plus
Comfortable leading teams, managing clients, and coordinating experts
Federal clerkship or appellate experience preferred
Bar admission in CA, NY, or DC (or ability to waive in)
