West Monroe is seeking entry-level Consultants to join our Healthcare Practice. Our team partners with healthcare organizations to help them better understand and capitalize on opportunities in a dynamic and evolving marketplace. As a
Healthcare Consultant , you will work side-by-side with West Monroe colleagues and client teams to address some of the biggest challenges facing healthcare organizations today, including reducing operational costs, reaching growth targets, and improving member health outcomes. Primary Responsibilities Evaluate, propose, and implement new business solutions to enhance client performance Advise clients on how to adapt and optimize their organizations in response to evolving healthcare legislation, trends, and technologies Participate in business process optimization, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, and redesigning to create target operating models Engage in project management activities such as documenting business decisions, preparing executive status reports, and capturing key takeaways, while gaining exposure to cross-functional engagements Develop and deliver training materials to support the adoption of new processes and technologies Contribute to project deliverables and document lessons learned to guide future teams Learn to develop IT strategy and roadmaps by: assessing current state business and supporting applications; aligning IT strategy with key business objectives; delivering future state roadmap with IT and business client stakeholders Gain exposure to vendor selection efforts through: gathering requirements and analyzing vendor capabilities; creating business cases that include estimated costs and projected value of implementing specific vendor solutions Assisting in the development and implementation of design solutions What You’ll Bring To The Team Sharp analytical thinking and an interest in solving complex problems Ability to stay organized and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, extracurriculars, or prior work experience Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to team success Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and innovation Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in progress, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and July 2026 Legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.) Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 Reside within 50 miles of your assigned office prior to your start date; our culture emphasizes team collaboration within a hybrid work model Ability and willingness to travel Monday – Thursday (up to 50%); travel expenses covered by West Monroe Preferred Qualifications Majors in Biology; Biomedical Engineering; Business Administration; Business Analytics; Data Science; Data Engineering; Finance; Healthcare Administration; Information Systems; Public Health; Software Engineering Join our team and make a lasting impact!
