The US Oncology Network is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join our team at Texas Oncology.

Responsibilities
Craft and lead the employee relations strategy for Texas Oncology, managing consistent application of philosophy, practice, tools, and templates; offer ongoing recommendations to reduce risk to the Practice.
Serve as an Employee Relations expert, providing guidance and conducting comprehensive investigations for ER issues. Lead the Texas Oncology ER Team, partner with various leaders to provide resolutions for issues and concerns with a focus on risk mitigation. Ensure ER actions are appropriate, fair and consistent based on corporate policy, ER quality standards, and established regulations.
Manage the execution of ER issues reported through the employee hotline. Conduct investigations as needed and ensure all appropriate documentation including investigation findings and closure of cases. Partner with legal counsel, as needed.
Serve as expert on ADA/ADAAA accommodation/interactive process and partner with local HR representatives to manage those matters. Partner with the Leave Management Supervisor on ensuring leave policies and practices are implemented consistently and managed appropriately.
Lead the Termination Review process for involuntary terminations, including review of documentation, consultation with HR Partners and escalation to legal counsel as indicated by protocol.
Partner on various projects with Compliance, Learning and Development, Shared Services and other functional areas as needed. Conduct trainings across HR and leaders on best practices for investigations, progressive discipline, employee relations and leader coaching.
Pro-actively work with HR Business Partners and Practice leadership to identify long-term/on-going performance issues that have not been addressed or improving. Help identify issues and partner to put a plan of action in place to address. Consult on Performance Improvement Plans and outcomes.
Stay current on ER legal matters and legislation. Maintain ER metrics and analysis as directed by Manager, Employee Relations. Serve as an ER subject matter expert to the HR Partners and Practice Leaders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, Human Resources, business or related field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years in Human Resources
5 - 8 years in Employee Relations
Healthcare Industry experience preferred
Certifications/Licensure - PHR or SPHR preferred
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
Working knowledge of current employment law and regulations, legislation and current trends that impacts Employee Relations matters
Appropriate handling of Employee Relations matters to mitigate risk & escalation
