Job Details Type : 1+ year contract Pay Information : $27 - $30/hr Location : Twin Cities, MN (Hybrid) Role Overview As an Event Specialist, you will coordinate and execute event logistics and technology integration. Your role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality event experiences by optimizing processes through tools like Workfront and CVENT. You'll be a key liaison, ensuring seamless communication between event planners, vendors, and stakeholders, maintaining event calendars, and overseeing setup and breakdown at our Minneapolis area offices. You will assist in data performance measurement and collaborate cross-functionally to align event logistics with broader business objectives. Day in the Life Serve as the onsite contact overseeing catering, transportation, and production. Ensure all event materials and branding elements are appropriately handled. Manage and troubleshoot event technology issues. Utilize CVENT for tracking event data, engagement, and metrics. Collaborate with teams to align event logistics with business objectives. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in event planning or logistics. Strong organizational skills in managing multiple events. Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Proficiency in CVENT and Workfront desired.
